We are thrilled to announce the referral of our
daughter Zhan Wen Qin; soon to be Josephine
Wen Qin. She is currently residing in Zhanjiang
City at the Zhanjiang Children's and Social
Welfare Institute, located in the Guangdong
Province,The People's Republic of China.
She was born on October 8, 2004 and was 7 1/2
months old at the time of the referral. We are
planning to travel in Mid-July to bring her home.
Currently at 8 months she weighs 13.6 pounds
and is 26.6 inches long.
Josie's name Wen means gentle and refined,
while her name Qin means to be humble. Her
caretakers say that she is a quiet and sweet girl
that is cute as an angel. She enjoys babbling to
her crib friends and often smiles and giggles at
them. Her favorite past time is being held and
playing with noisy and musical toys. Shannon is
thrilled that his daughter is also very fond of
music!
